You should use a large size pan, like a disposable aluminum baking pan for larger lasagne for better holding and easy use. A larger lasagne pan like a hefty giant pan can hold 13.5″x9 5/8″ x 2.75 lasagne. It will make it a lot deeper and wider pan for lasagne. 

If you have to feed over forty people, then you should use two of these pans because the lasagne becomes much thicker and it couldn’t hold easily in one pan.
