  • Mustard
  • Dill pickle juice

  • Fresh dill
  • Noodles
  • Cheddar Cheese

First, start boiling a pot of water to boil the macaroni pasta. While you are waiting, combine 1 cup of mayo, and half ⅓ half a cup in a large bowl.
Next, add 1 Tbsp mustard, 2 Tbsp dill pickle juice, 3 Tbsp of pickle relish, 1 teaspoon freshly chopped dill, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper and mix.
Pour a pound of noodles when the water boils and cook them according to the package instructions. Pour the olive oil into the noodles once they have been removed to prevent them from sticking to one lump. Sprinkle 1 ½ kg of cheddar cheese to add to it.

When the pasta is cool, add it until all the sauce covers the noodles. Add the cubed cheese again. Everything may seem a little running at first, but the noodles will start to soak in the sauce as it cools. Leave this in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
If you do not want a whole cup of mayo, you can replace the ½ of that cup with empty Greek yogurt instead. To give the salad more color, you may also add solder peppers.

You can make your vinaigrette to complement this salad. Remove from the blender and add to ⅓ a cup of olive oil, 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, ½ tsp sugar, ¼ tsp of dried oregano, and ⅛ tsp each salt, dried parsley, and pepper.
