Metal pans allow you to bake anything quickly at high temperatures. Iron can tolerate this type of treatment. Metal pans can be placed in a hot oven, and they will cool down as soon as you remove them.
You can’t see your progress with the metal if you want to test your cake. The glass also helps the crust to bake better and evenly.

Can A Glass Pan Go In The Oven At 350-400 degrees?

Some types of glass – yes. For example, warm glass, commonly used as pyrex, is widely used in pans, safe to use at about three hundred fifty degrees. However, as you now know that glass holds heat and should not be alarmed by very high temperatures, you probably do not need to exceed 350.
Be careful not to use hand-operated glass at such high temperatures, or just do not put it in the oven. This type of glass has different properties and is not safe to use for baking.
